Documentary feature - in development (click on image to watch sample of Diana's performance) 'Come Back to the Islands' is a 1-hr documentary about an endangered culture. A Bahamian singer (Diana Hamilton) in Paris travels back to the Bahamas with her son to record an album of the rhyming spirituals and rake and scrape music [music that is being overshadowed by mass tourism]. Through the journey her son comes to understand not only his own cultural heritage but the origin of the music his generation plays today.
